Microscope

The Ultramicroscope II (Miltenyi Biotech) is a light-sheet microscope with a single-objective capable of 1.2x up to 12.6x magnification (Zoom body configuration) and a working distance of 6mm.

The system can image large samples such as a mouse or a rat brain (FOV lateral: 1.7–17.6 mm), and it is compatible with water-based and solvent-based optical clearing.
