Our imaging systems are the Ultramicroscope Blaze and the Ultramicroscope II Ultramicroscope Blaze The UltraMicroscope Blaze (Miltenyi Biotech) is a light sheet microscope designed for high-throughput 3D imaging of large/multiple samples. The system has 5 lasers and 3 objectives (1.1X, 4X and 12X with added magnification) providing a total magnification from 0.6 - 30X and a working distance from 10 - 17mm.A standard sample chamber accommodates multiple rodent organs/organoids, while the XXL upgrade expands the capacity for human kidneys or a whole adult mouse.
