Research My project aims to elucidate the developmental trajectory of the dysfunctional synaptic vesicle (SV) recycling at the presynapse in autism spectrum disorder (ASD) models. Dysfunctional SV recycling was seen in multiple ASD models but it is not known whether this phenotype is transient or permanent.
